Terms of sale, shipping and returns

1. Seller

Dolors Salgot, Carrer Folgueroles 54, 08022 Barcelona, hola@dolorssalgot.com. Direct sale of handmade ceramics by a private individual.

2. The pieces

Each piece is handmade and unique. Small variations in colour, texture, glaze or size compared with the photographs are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and are final; shipping costs are shown before you confirm your purchase. Payment is made by card through the site's secure payment gateway. Your order is confirmed by email.

4. Shipping

Destinations: Spain only
Preparation and delivery time: 5 to 6 working days
Cost: flat rate of €12
Local pickup: yes, free of charge, at Carrer Folgueroles 54, 08022 Barcelona. Day and time must be arranged by email

Pieces are carefully packed to protect them during transport.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Let us know at hola@dolorssalgot.com. We will refund the amount paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the piece back in good condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

This does not apply to commissioned or personalised pieces.

6. Broken or defective pieces

If a piece arrives broken, write to hola@dolorssalgot.com within 48 hours with photos of the piece and the packaging. We will offer you a refund or a similar piece, subject to availability, at no cost to you.

7. Governing law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law, including consumer protection regulations. For any questions or complaints: hola@dolorssalgot.com.
