Dolors Salgot
Since I studied Archaeology, I've been fascinated by the way forms hold a permanence while also evolving. When I make ceramics, I like working the material by polishing a curve or shaping a hollow, finding nuances of color that harmonize with the light.
Practicing such an ancient craft also holds secrets, old and new paths that end up meeting. And when everything comes together, it's as if the hands had their own imagination. Making, seeing, touching. With ceramics, time passes slowly, full of details, nuances and tones.
Welcome.
