2. What data we process and why

Managing orders, payments and shipping: name, address, email, phone number and order details. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Kept for the duration of the relationship and the legally required periods

Answering contact form enquiries: name, email and message. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Kept until the enquiry is resolved

Sending news, if the user subscribes to the newsletter: email. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Kept until the user unsubscribes
Card details are processed directly by the payment provider; the owner has no access to them.
3. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties, except where necessary to provide the service:

Wix.com Ltd., provider of hosting and the online store. Israel is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.

The payment provider that processes card payments.

The courier company that delivers the order.

Public authorities, where required by law.
4. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@dolorssalgot.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
5. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect the data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
